Personal data processed

Technical data. When you visit the site, the hosting provider’s servers automatically record the technical data needed to deliver the pages and to keep the service secure, such as IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser and operating system, and referring page.

Data you send us. If you write to us by email or call us, we process the data you provide, such as your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

The site has no contact forms, uses no analytics or profiling tools and loads no third-party services.

Purposes and legal bases

Technical data are processed to deliver the site and to keep it secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data you send us are processed to reply to you and, where relevant, to take steps at your request before entering into an engagement (article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing data by email or telephone is voluntary; without them we cannot reply. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

Retention

Technical data are kept by the hosting provider for the time needed to deliver the site and keep it secure, according to its log retention policy.

Data you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if an engagement follows, for the periods required by law.

Recipients

Technical data are processed by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts the site, acting as data processor.

Emails sent to info@sdrcapital.it are received and stored through the email service of Aruba S.p.A., an Italian provider.

Where necessary, data may also be processed by professionals bound by confidentiality who assist us, such as legal and tax advisers. Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law. Data are not disseminated.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare, Inc. is certified, or of other appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission (articles 45 and 46 GDPR).

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, their rectification or erasure, the restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest (articles 15 to 22 GDPR).

To exercise these rights, write to sdrcapital@pec.it or to info@sdrcapital.it. Requests are free of charge. We reply without undue delay and in any case within one month, which may be extended by two further months where necessary (article 12 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work. garanteprivacy.it

Cookies

The site does not use profiling or analytics cookies. Only for security purposes, the hosting provider may set strictly necessary technical cookies. Cookie notice
