About SDR Capital
SDR Capital S.r.l. is an independent advisory firm that assists small and medium-sized enterprises, their shareholders and investors in M&A transactions, capital raising, stock market listings and minibond issues. The firm was established in December 2025 and builds on its team’s experience of more than twenty years in M&A and equity capital markets. Our professionals combine corporate finance expertise with a business-oriented approach and a working knowledge of the sectors in which our clients operate.
